Wolverton Folk & Blues Fair 2018


Wolverton Manor, Shorwell provides the backdrop to the Wolverton Folk & Blues Fair featuring bands/artists each year along with locally produced food, children's activities, tea tent and not forgetting the Real Ale tent.

The event returns for a eighth year on Saturday 12th May 2018, raising money for Leukaemia Research and Brighstone School.

Line-up

The announced acts include:- The Errol Linton Band, The Jigantics, The MoonShiners, Blackfoot Daisy, Feck, Baggywrinkles Blues Band, Grizzly Rhys Morgan, All Washed Up, Danton, Vote Pedro, The Mojo Mamas, Claydon Connor and Bloodstone Border Morris.

Tickets

£7 in advance or £9 entry on gate. Children aged under 12 free.

The family friendly event will include tented cafes, serving an interesting variety of freshly cooked local produce. 

With an IW real ale beer tent, BBQ, Tea Tent, childrens activities, craft stalls, Circus Skills and Morris Dancing, The Wolverton Folk & Blues Fair looks set to be a great opportunity to enjoy top live music and great festival food, set against the backdrop of the beautiful West Wight scenery.

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses on the island.
