Sounds from the Other City 2018

The 15th Sounds from the Other City showcasing new music from Manchester and beyond which takes over Chapel Street, Salford from 3pm to 4am on Sunday 6th May 2018.

Line-up

The full line-up has been confirmed, and includes:- Goat Girl, Her's Aja, Lioness, Barbarossa, Ex-Easter Island head, Boy Azooga, Duds, Have You Ever Seen The Jane Fonda Aerobic Vhs?, hey Colossus, 77:78, Kxngs, Mt Hall, Pearl City, Suzi Wu, Wolf Girl, Xamvolo and more with many more still to be announced.

As well as music the event will offer art installations, karaoke, spoken word, croquet, yarn-bombing, fine booze and food.

Venues

Venues taking part are expected to include the huge Old Pint Pot, St Philips Church, Islington Mill and Salford University's Peel Hall.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
