Garforth Arts Festival 2012

The eighth Garforth Arts Festival takes place from Monday 25th June to Saturday 7th July. There are more than 20 events taking place across 2 weeks, from gigs, to theatre, to dance and comedy so there is something for everyone.

Firmly established as a part of the city's annual cultural calendar, the festival brings a variety of music, dance, drama and comedy to the heart of Garforth.

Line up

The first acts confirmed are The Saw Doctors, Nitin Sawhney, Shlomo and The Lip Factory, Mugenkyo Taiko Drummers, Mzuvele High School Choir, Garforth Jazz Rock Band, Camerata Vocal Música Aurea, Red Ladder Theatre Company, Phoenix Dance Theatre, Gary Stewart, and Total Stone Roses. There are more than 20 events taking place across 2 weeks, from gigs & theatre, to dance & chocolate making, so there's something for everyone.

Tickets

Tickets are priced at £17 for adults, or £15 for concessions (under 16 or over 60). A family ticket admitting 2 adults & 2 children (under 16), or 1 adult & 3 children (under 16) is priced at £45. Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
