For 2021 The Cambridge Club takes place on a new site 10 minutes from Cambridge, at Childerley Orchard, Childerley and as a full-weekend festival for the first time from Friday 11th to Sunday 13th June 2021, with Music, Arts and Culture – featuring comedy, talks, interactive experiences, family entertainment, and delicious food and drink, as well as the music.

With a line-up of Disco, Funk, Soul, Blues and R&B, headlining are two superstar, Grammy-winning artists. There's the legendary Van Morrison with his fusion of R&B, Jazz, Folk and Blues , plus the kings of disco Nile Rodgers & CHIC. Plus: stepping out of her Kitchen Disco is Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Shalamar will give us A Night To Remember; Queen of British soul Beverley Knight will mesmerise with her incredible vocals; and acoustic singer-songwriter Jack Savoretti will enthral with his soothing tones and storytelling. There's also Soul II Soul, Boogie Nights with Heatwave, BBC 6music's Craig Charles Funk & Soul Club, and Dancing In The Moonlight (or daylight?) with Toploader.

For the campers there's the 'Party Time Continuum: After Dark' stage, with disco selectors and partystarters Horse Meat Disco, DJ and producer Greg WilsonAbba Disco WonderlandChris BrownHeavy SoulIntergalactic Rhythm Society, and The George Michael Experience.

The festivals' new theme is 'Inspired by Creators, Innovators and Explorers' who the historic city has been home to over the years - from past pioneers like Isaac Newton and Charles Darwin, to present day treasures such as David Attenborough and Emma Thompson. Visitors are invited to 'Dance, Disco and Discover' their way through the festival's immersive array of activities.

The festivals' MD William Young said: "It goes without saying that 2020 has been an incredibly challenging year for us all, in this industry and beyond. But the enforced break has given us time to breathe, take stock, and focus on our future plans - and we're thrilled to be sharing the product of this behind-the-scenes work with you now. It's been two years in the making, but we're confident that this represents a huge step up across the board - from the calibre of artists we've attracted, to the addition of non-musical entertainment, to the expansion of the on-site experience. I think everyone - both our core fans and new audiences - are going to absolutely love it."

Tickets will go on sale at 10am on Friday 11th December.
