Bob Dylan, Peter Gabriel & The New Blood Orchestra, and Suede have been announced as headliners for the fifth The Hop Farm Music Festival which will take place in Kent from Friday 29th June until Sunday 1st July 2012. All three headliners are UK exclusives.

Peter Gabriel
Bob Dylan returns for his second visit after last appearing in 2010, and will be announced today, exactly fifty years after Robert Zimmerman released his debut album under the self titled pseudonym Bob Dylan.

Peter Gabriel & The New Blood Orchestra sees the re-imagined arrangements of many of Peter Gabriel's classic songs dispensing with the traditional guitar, and drums.

Suede, who had three No.1 albums in the 1990s, split up in 2003, but staged a series of reunion shows in 2010 without Bernard Butler.

Other acts announced for Hop Farm's four stages include Damien Rice (UK festival exclusive), Primal Scream, My Morning Jacket, Maximo Park, Patti Smith & her band, The Stranglers, Dr John & The Lower 911, Joan Armatrading, Billy Ocean, The Psychedelic Furs, Lianne La Havas, The Jezabels, Slow Club, Benjamin Francis Leftwich, Frightened Rabbit, Tom Vek, White Denim, Ben Kweller, Lucy Rose, Fin, Dog Is Dead, Race Horses, Steve Smyth, Sian Sanderson, and Ligers.

Vince Power said, "I am really happy to announce the line-up for Hop Farm 2012. After last years success it's my opinion that Hop Farm is now well and truly on the UK festival map. Furthermore we have tried to make it the best value festival ticket by having no hidden charges or added extras."

Hop Farm will take place in Paddock Wood, Kent in 400 acres of unspoilt Kent countryside, and has no VIP area, so everyone has the same experience, there's no registration, no sponsorship, and no branding.

Tickets are now on sale. Weekend tickets are priced at £150 (for the first 10,000 tickets only) and children under 12 go in for free. To buy tickets, click here.
