eFestivals exclusive: Alabama 3 to headline Sunday at Bearded Theory

eFestivals can exclusively announce the second wave of acts for the family friendly Bearded Theory which takes place this year from Friday 13th to Sunday 15th May 2011.

Alabama 3
Alabama 3 will be headlining the Main Stage bringing the festival to a close on Sunday 15th May. Alabama 3 will bring their highly charged live show to Bearded Theory's new home in the surroundings of Kedleston Park.

Confirmed to play over the Saturday or Sunday of the festival are Dub Pistols, P.A.I.N, Misty's Big Adventure, Abdoujaparov, Jerzey Street Band, Mundo Jazz, The Band from County Hell, 3 Daft Monkeys, The Northern Monkey, Dan Donnelly, Ferocious Dog, Attila the Stockbroker, Verbal Warning, Seven Little Sisters, Tristan (DJ), Atomgrinder, Glowbones, Wobbly Squadron, DJ Disoriental, Key Lo & Dr $icknote, Ed Tangent (DJ), Mad Mick (DJ), Lorraine, full lotus, Magiclantern DJ/VJ, Mo, and Dan Days.

Loads more acts to be confirmed including the headliners on the Main Stage and Beard Top for Friday and Saturday. The Magical Sounds Arena are set to announce their headliners in the next couple of weeks, and will be released exclusively by eFestivals.

Bearded Theory will be taking place within 850 beautiful acres of parkland at Kedleston Hall. Kedleston Hall is only a couple of miles from the old the festival site and organisers hope that this will be the festival's final move.

The festival will have bands, DJs, and comedians across six stages offering a wide variety of simultaneous music programming. Away from the music they will have the Lady Bird Cabaret Tent, Gail's open mic tea tent, huge children's village, craft workshops, creative arts and much more. The festival will also offer workshops, circus skills, site art, on-site art work, world foods, camping, and more.

Tickets are now on sale with a weekend ticket is priced at £68, 12-16 weekend tickets are priced at £32, 5-12 weekend tickets are priced at £22, children under 5 are free and Family Tickets are priced at £192 (2 x adult & 2 x children). All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 30% of the festivals ticket allocation has now been sold.

There will a charge for car parking of £6. Please note you will be charged £10 at the gate if you do not have a ticket.
