  1. My current tent is a 3 man Quechua 2 Seconds tent and it's coming up to 7 years old, so I was looking around for a replacement and saw they have a new range this year which (on paper at least) seems ideal for me. The "Fresh & Black" range has a white reflective flysheet to keep the inside of the tent cool and 'fresh', whilst the 'black' inner tent blocks out sunlight. In the two Fresh & Black popup tents, they also have side vents to help cool down the tent, like the old 2 Seconds 'Air' tent range. It seems to be a £15 mark up from the regular popup tents with the 3 man version at £70 and the 2 man one at £60. The main thing holding me back from buying one now is that there aren't any reviews saying how well they work, which I suppose isn't surprising considering how new they are. I'm also considering waiting for the two budget tents in the range, the Arpenaz 2 & 3 men since I think they might be half the price of the popups and whilst I hate putting up tents, I also hate carrying popup discs.
  2. Hello, I am currently writing my dissertation surrounding festivals and the environment sustainability, mainly looking at how audiences contribute to waste and how festivals are combating this. Please take a moment to fill out my survey https://goo.gl/forms/fzC0HfwUMVNhk6Wv2
  3. The amazing FUSE Festival 2013 takes place in Beacon Park, Lichfield between 12th and 14th July. A weekend of non-stop and free musical entertainment. This fantastic family arts festival is in its 13th year and continues to be a major event in the community calendar. Over the last few years it has attracted up to 20.000 over the weekend to see and take part in a myriad of activities from professional and amateur music performances, arts and crafts, spoken word, comedy and children's activities. This year appearing on stage: the likes of Knoxville Highway, The Valvolines, Peter Parker’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Club, The Offbeat and Fred Zeppelin just to name a few.
  4. A nice Lichfield Sherwood ridge tent at Bearded Theory 2012.
