I think if they wanted to be more emphatic they'd have to say something along the lines of 'yes - in previous years there has been a final mini / secret resale, that was never announced - but that isn't happening this year. We have made the decision, in agreement with the festival, that this year any tickets returned upto May 5th will go <somewhere>, and that process has now been completed and there are now no tickets left'.
And I haven't seen anything like that

last year was a nightmare, people were getting skittish and hassling seetickets about it on twitter and stuff, which really gave the game away that there was such a thing as a secret resale. We had to hammer home the point that asking seetickets wouldn't help.
Sure enough the customer service agents on the other end repeatedly denied it, probably because they didn't know any different.
When there was finally a resale of course the world and his friend were waiting for it. Of course there may not be a secret resale this year, but it would be a first if not. -

Ive been in the same boat for the last 2 or 3 years. I've said "don't give up hope we've got a good chance" only to have them say "yeah but i'll save the money and go camping". Its so odd, its no more expensive in the secret sales than it is the main resale

Possible but i don't think the load approaches what they get in usual resales. Could be something else going on on see tickets system.
