PADDYWHACKERY.
It's people like you that have held us back. Celebrating your Irishness. For what? What are you proud of exactly? Why do you want people at a festival in your own country to think youre Irish?
When I go to Glasto I'd like it if my accent was all someone needs to know I'm Irish. The tricolor also has political overtones that makes some people feel uncomfortable (me included). Its ignorant and classless.
I was born in Ireland and feel confident enough in my nationality to not broadcast it to the world. Flags are part of Glasto - I love them - but the overexposure and misplaced use of the tricolor gets my goat bigtime.

the slot for the 3.30 on the pyramid is down for 1hr30 minute set. That will have to be the big act that she is going on about. The klaxons couldn't play for 90 minutes if their lifes depended on it!!!

BBC Three has all the fun of the festival on from early evening till 12.30am on Friday and Saturday, hosted by Reggie Yates and Edith Bowman and featuring popular acts such as Lily Allen, Lady GaGa, Kasabian, Franz Ferdinand and The Ting Tings. Coverage starts later on Sunday at 10.45pm with performances from The Prodigy and Black Eyed Peas
ha ha predictably they will be showing anyone who played at the 1 big weekend.
you scratch my back....
even though there not playing i'm suprised they haven't added Kaiser Chiefs to the list

I had a roy keane head coat hanger with 1996 father dougal nightwear ROI top pinned to the fence by my tent a few years back so i could find my tent. But thats ok because i'm 100% PVC paddy.
Welsh flags at glastonbury are baffling, well done your from wales? I'd have a bit more respect if they had an oggie on a stick.

rememeber getting back from 2007 and the the best of show was on.
Laren Lavern and zane low were discusing who were the highlights etc and both agreed that Bogol Bordello, the who and ? (can't remember the third) were the highlights of the weekend.
Brief highlights were then showed of all the bands who do free gigs for Radio 1 - Kaser Cheifs, ting tings etc.
who ever did the one big weekend will be the acts shown on the highlights.

Steve Lamacq said on his show yesterday that Dead Weather (Jack White's new band) were playing Glastonbury - so I assume that's one of the Park Guest slots, probably on the Friday afternoon?
Still not sure who the VERY VERY Secret guests are that would cause real crowd issues if it was announced, that Emily Eavis was on about.
-
according to the clash finder thing that first slot on the pyramid is 90 minutes long. I'd be very surprised if NERD would get that?
Fleetwood Mac have been mentioned a few times!!?!?!

clean the toilets at Glastonbury
Fair play to the poor buggers who do it they should get somekind or recognition off the queen for it.

The noodle stall has claimed more victims at glastonbury than the black death did in the 1300s.
Think i'll walk past the stall shouting "bring out ye dead" in medieval attire everytime i see someone ordering singapour noodles this year
Last year i ate a lot of veggie food, didn't do mushrooms or any other illegals and you could tell the difference.
Remember nearly crying in 2007 on the sunday night trying to find an acceptable bog, the porto looos were all full of what i can only describe as ant hill, they must stop cleaning them sometime on the sunday.

oh dear ignore that....

he's becoming a bit of a rent a quote.
His constant blabbering about football is comedy he is clueless. To be fair to the article he could have been taking the mick with the wombats.

Well I still used the timetable last year. It was a godsend for those of us who don't have a watch.
-
why would there be a time tiable for the monorail? it runs every 5 minutes surely that should be easy enough to remember.
-
just stick to shrooms mate, apart from the inevitable trip to the shitter afterwards you can't go worng.
Remember everyone in the healing field laughing at this one poor f**ker who was clearly on a bad trip and kept on falling over whilst trying to fight of something imaginary. Everyone laughing was clearly making it a lot worse for the poor f**ker.
That ket looks as bad seem people in a right bad way after having that.

It was the scousers!

The age of criminal responsibility is 10, so they can get any criminal charge that is appropriate, theft etc.
The rebuttable presumption that a child is doli incapax was abolished by s.34 CDA 1998.

Agreed the love in between the crowd and the bands at glastonbury can be nauseating sometimes
"Glastonbury you guys are the best"
I was away for Oasis last week but all my mates when on the sunday and said it was good, we all decided that the sunday would be the best on the back of the Arctic monkeys gig at the LCCC in 07. The Saturday night was like a war zone there, never seen that many fights in one place but i got a free ticket for the sunday and ended up going the 2nd day as well. The difference in the crowd was amazing, you could ave brought kids with you on the sunday the atmosphere was that chilled out.
-
as i've said previously on here the kids i saw who were caught doing it looked about 15 / 16. They looked like they couldn't care less that they had been caught, if they were under 16 not sure what kind of charge they could be given either.
They looked like right tramps as well.
That was in the field next to the mandela bar last year
