Bon Iver
... with The National third down
-
Radiohead are headlining AND Ed Sheeran might still pay for my ticket.
What a glorious day -
http://pitchfork.com/news/65422-bon-iver-to-premiere-new-album-live-on-friday/
"Bon Iver will premiere their new album at a live performance this Friday, August 12, at Justin Vernon and Aaron Dessner's Eaux Claires festival in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The title and release date for the follow-up to 2011’s Bon Iver have not been announced yet. But the words "22 Days" seem to be involved somehow, based on a recent teaser video, artwork and hashtags that have shown up on Bon Iver's social media accounts, and a new Brooklyn mural (as Stereogum points out.)"

Yeah I had a cold/flu which seemed to build to a terrible migraine on the saturday after, but was pretty much fine after that.
I also still have numb toes but they're regaining tiny bits of feeling each day. -

So my festival has just taken on a new perspective...just found out my other half is preggers. Guess it's down to me to drink our stock pile of booze then...
Congratulations

This may be total blaspheme in these parts... but I don't get The National. Can someone point me in the direction of a good place to start with them?
Also their film Mistaken For Strangers is worth a watch even to non-fans of the band, it doesn't end up really being about them in the end but it's a good introduction.

Just stuck £17 on Ed Sheeran Saturday at 12/1 on PP, straight after they dropped him down to 7/2 joint favourite haha.
-
He's easily the most nailed on headliner for next year.
However, I thought Biffy Clyro were nailed on for this year so... -
Radiohead
The National
Bon Iver
Same as every year... -
Yeah I loved the new location, having its own little enclosed area in the trees was a great place to chill out.

I've just been to car to put my gear in...
Pink 52-58 have cars parked in water all around them and the mud at the end of the rows in past wheel arches in some places.
We opted to leave before it got any worse and I had push the car out and we watched 10 cars be towed out by tracker from 55b.
It's going to be manic!
Jesus I'm in 54

we've moved 0.1 miles in 2 hours coming from the west. 5.8 to go. I'm gonna still be here tomorrow afternoon

I'm wondering the same. I've only got a little old Ford Fiesta. Is this a disaster waiting to happen? Haha...
Snap. Ford Fiesta here, aiming for West Car Parks. Any info would be appreciated.

Took walking boots for the first time last year and they were so good I swore I'd never take wellies again... then I saw the floods.
Weighing up my options today but I think I'm more likely to get some gaiters because I just can't face my feet being crippled by wellies again.
Also worth pointing out last time I took wellies they cracked and leaked and I got wet feet anyway

Haven't had my email yet but just checked the order tracker to see this:
"Your tickets were prepared for despatch on 08 Jun 2016. Tickets will typically leave our office the same day."

i doubt i'll be in any state for it either, but i'll be damned if that's gonna stop me being there. was gonna give it a miss for Anna Meredith over on West Holts, but after repeated listens of the album no way am i missing this. shame they're only getting half an hour
Yeah that was disappointing for me too, wish they were on a bit later with a longer slot. Still nothing gonna stop me making the early trek from Webbs Ash to The Park for this one though, they're one of my most anticipated acts this year.

It would be great news if Vampire Weekend are going to be active again next summer.
