  1. In a corner of a field near us, a pile of festival rubbish seems to have been buried at some point in the past. Recent levelling of the field has brought some of this to the surface and we found this polaroid photo. I thought it would be fun to try and trace him. It looks hot, and presume it was pre-digital cameras. Maybe 1995?

  2. This will be my second time, the first time I went was in 2009. Still can't get my head around the fact that I'm going back.

    1. Spend more time in the circus area and the Park, as someone above said I've walked through them but would like to take in a lot more this year.

    2. Go to Shangri-La, Arcadia, ect. In 2009 I was 16 and went with my uncles who are in their forties, so we didn't really go to any night time areas. This year will be different!

    3. Spend less time sitting in front of the Pyramid, and less time sleeping!

  3. been blasting out the disco tunes.

    partly inspired by good article on tom moulton in FACT.

    o'jays - i love music (tom moulton remix)

    but have to post my favourite tune the last few weeks since i first heard Tim Sweeney play it in a mix on Beats in Space.

    this tune is immense :party::party::good:

    golden flamingo orchestra - the guardian angel is watching over us

  4. The Orb - at the Cubehenge with the Moon looking on.

    Brilliant set - wouldn't miss a chance to see them again.

    West Holts will be a good stage for them.Lots of room.

    Bit early though - i think they are best appreciated at night but I'm prepared to be mistaken.

    According to Halvin the Lumineers and Netsky are the main clashes - which is a pity - but not a contest in my opinion.

  5. There is motorbike parking in a fenced-off area by Gate A - you can find it on the site maps, top left. No need to get a bus. I went there one year, but as I'd arrived the day before the festival started, they weren't letting any bikes in, so I ended up parking my bike by my tent in our workers campsite. As I understand it, you have to fill out a bit of paperwork and they give you a ticket which you use to get access to your bike. It didn't look that busy during the festival, and there's no need to book in advance.

    Leaving at 5am shouldn't be a problem as you can get straight out of the bike park onto the road and be off.

  6. My daughter and myself are traveling in on the Thursday afternoon by scooter.Apparently you cant take a bike on site - and that you have to park off site and catch a bus in - does anyone have any experience of this - and - we may have to leave at 5 am on the Monday morning (this isnt good is it?)any practical suggestions welcomed.

    Simon.
