Has anybody had any luck? 😭 We've found out the the postie signed for the tickets, as they were allowed to do during COVID - but surely this still shouldn't be happening! The tickets have completely disappeared - I've shared this information with SeeTickets but haven't heard back.

Still me - 4 tickets. I filed a claim with Action Fraud as this is what RM suggested - the random signature doesn't match anyone from my flat or block of flats. Going to print this with bank statements, passports, debit card etc and head to the box office and hope for the best.

Hopefully, I will keep trying on this! Have DM'd Royal Mail and asked everyone and anyone for a contact at Seetickets. Thanks for suggestions.

Have done! And left a sign and will continue to do so every day - post office say they can't track the GPS. So so gutted 😭

This has happened to me for 4 tickets! SO gutted. There is a random signature that I don't recognise and doesn't match my name - the doorbell did not ring and we can't track down the tickets anywhere. Can anybody please offer any further advice? I'm badgering Seetickets with no luck, Royal Mail have raise a request but I am not hopeful. 😰
