  1. Hi all, Good news is we have located and retrieved the tickets. We went door knocking and they were posted to the same house number on the next street over! So nice of that person to not redeliver a special delivery letter to the correct address. Anyway we will be taking this up with the royal mail. Thanks
  2. Thanks, We're continuing to chase it with seetickets and hopefully they see sense and investigate with RM. Just a bit lost at the moment and need to know how to escalate this. If nothing gets resolved before hand we will just have to go to this box office at gate a I keep hearing about on here and discuss it there I guess? Been waiting 2 years+ for this and I will be damned if seetickets and royal mail ruin it for us. Thanks
  3. Hi all, We're all rather panicked right now but our tickets have not arrived, tracking shows they were signed for by someone in our name. We were away at the time and they have not been found through our letter box nor with our neighbours. Contacted seetickets who insist due to the tracking thay they were delivered, advised us that they cannot be reprinted and to contact royal mail. We reached out to royal mail who advised us that it appears they were not delivered through our door but we should contact seetickets for next steps. So we went back to seetickets who are not interested in resolving this and just say to contact royal mail. Please advise on the next steps here?! Who can we contact at Glastonbury to sort seetickets out and make them do their job.
  4. Thanks. We have raised it with them and seetickets are not helping at all. Just said they cannot be reprinted and we need to contact royal mail. Royal mail say we need to contact see tickets. It is all a mess and we're all very stressed thst we will not be able to go.
  5. We have the same issue but no sign of the tickets anywhere. Contacted Royal mail who says they were not delivered (although signed) but seetickets are not having any of it!
  6. That is exactly what seems to have happened to ours. No sign of our tickets at ours but been signed for, checked both neighbours no luck there either. Royal mail says it has not been delivered to our address but seetickets just say signed for and they're lost with no reprint. So Yeh pretty stressed right now.
