We're all rather panicked right now but our tickets have not arrived, tracking shows they were signed for by someone in our name. We were away at the time and they have not been found through our letter box nor with our neighbours.
Contacted seetickets who insist due to the tracking thay they were delivered, advised us that they cannot be reprinted and to contact royal mail. We reached out to royal mail who advised us that it appears they were not delivered through our door but we should contact seetickets for next steps. So we went back to seetickets who are not interested in resolving this and just say to contact royal mail.
Please advise on the next steps here?! Who can we contact at Glastonbury to sort seetickets out and make them do their job.
