My sister’s 21, let’s say the “target audience” for sziget. She doesn’t know half of these names except for some dj’s. Her friends and her are making fun of me for travelling all the way to budapest for such a sh*tty lineup. So no. It’s not an age thing. It’s just a sh*tty lineup. 2018 was an example of a good lineup for that audience. With big names like kendrick lamar, dua lipa, shawn mendes, arctic monkeys etc etc.

Guess we can say bookers f**ked up big time this year. don’t know what went wrong but there were some decent names touring and they didn’t manage to get even one of them

With all the stages being announced and no sign of a new headliner i’m getting quite sceptic about this all i mean.. it can’t be possible there’s no headliner for wednesday right…? They won’t let tom odell headline because they’ve got noone else right…? Right?! Hope we’ll get some answers (before) thursday

Don’t think it’s happening but rumour has it TØP will be announcing a major world tour soon (some say it’s tomorrow). There were huge promotions on billboards on stadiums around the world today. Anyway i still don’t think they’re coming this year but the timing of the announcement is remarkable

What do we think about Charli XCX as female headliner. Leaks said they are still negotiating with her as they are with the fem headliner. He also said this before the lineup drop in december if i remember correctly, but back then Lana was still the option for headliner. Now that she dropped out, maybe they’re trying to get charli for headliner spot because they simply don’t have any other options for the female spot. I personally can’t see her as headliner but if Stormzy can do it she can too i guess? I wouldn’t be surprised by anything at this point.
