YLT | Fever Ray | Lankum would be a great set of headliners for me.  Would probably skip Slowdive having seen them last year and probably again at Wide Awake this year.

Acts I’d be extremely excited for would be Ichiko Aoba, Cornelius, Sanam, Richard Dawson, Blue Lake and Tara Clerkin Trio.

Lots of others I’d be keen for like Jockstrap, Joanna Sternberg, Mdou Moctar, Sleater Kinney, Bonnie Prince Billy, Nourished by Time, Mary Lattimore, SLIFT, Water From Your Eyes and ML Buch.

Lots to explore as well which is good.

Brilliant selection you've pointed out there.

    Wut? Not sure if trolling!

Seriously?  You haven't scored any EOTR house points until some other middle-aged bloke compliments you on your obscure 90s indie t-shirt, after which you engage in a bit of chat and maybe exchange contact details to engage in nerdery over said band.  'Twas ever thus:

"Kitchens of Distinction? Great band. Did you see them at Spunkbridge Poly in November '91? Absolutely amazing, sonic cathedral. Is that t-shirt original or a reissue?"

I usually turn out my orig Kitchens t-shirt on at least one day of the festival 😂

Potential 2024 headliners who have never played: Beck, Nick Cave, PJ Harvey, Arcade Fire, ANONHI and the Johnsons, Black Keys, The National, Sleater-Kinney, Four Tet, LCD Soundsystem, Regina Spektor

Four Tet, PJ would be absolutely mega. Another turn around the Woods for Sufjan too, maybe?

Hi all - first time this year after wanting to do EOTR for many many years. We’re only getting down there on Friday morning unfortunately - what will the camping situation be? Will we be wedging ourselves in next to a toilet or will be find ourselves some space quite easily?

Shouldn't be too testing, even though Thursdays have got busier a lot still only come on Friday

I think theres study in this thread due sometime. Post lockdown/eve of festival clash of emotions. Like 2 trucks colliding head on. Unique stuff really. First gig Ive been at since Feb 14th 2020, my first mass event since then too. It seems like a form of festival birthday blues around the place at times.

But alas, this time in 24 hours most of us will be in a field with friends watching a gig with a booze in hand.

I was lucky enough to be at one of Squid's socually distanced shows in Falmouth a month or two back, but yeah, this absolutely on the money. Only been to two gigs since A Winged Victory for the Sullen at Bristol Trinity in February 2020.

    Tonorrow, we drink, we dance.

One of the qualities of eotr are the slow starts to the day. Therefore plenty of time to plan manoeuvres for later on. It will be fine & wonderful!
The only thing on my mind is whether to bring my bobble hat for the evenings. Currently it’s in the bag!

Playlist is up to date with H Hawkline added, Alice Boman and Scalping removed (gutted about that), and updated tracks for Katy J Pearson, Billy Nomates, Bingo Fury and James Leonard Hewitson.

Thanks for the appreciative comments, I, er, appreciate them.

Youll be able to see both, they dont clash. Gwen clashing with Damon.

Do you have info we don't 😊. I know the clashfinder as it stands is a rough cut, but she "appears* to be on much earlier by that...

Been thinking about the timings. Don't one of the online magazines (Line of Best Fit or Loud and Quiet) which have something to do with the festival usually post a clashfinder?

Yes, Line of Best Fit do. For me, slight squeaky bum that there's a bill reshuffle happening again...
