There's just been a page change on one of the booking pages.

It has changed from 2020 to 2021.
The 'you can pay the balance' has been added but it still refers to 'you are booking a general admission deposit' in the box below.

Showing as 'Admission tickets are currently unavailable.' when you put any details in though.

For my simple brain, does this mean anything significant? 😳

With a heavy heart, I've decided to drop out of the resale club. I've been pondering my lack of success on ticket day, and I've come to the conclusion that the ticket gods have decided it's not my year. I've been to 12 Glastonbury's previously, so I've had a good innings previously, so perhaps i should let someone else have a go.

I'm still more than happy to help with people on the resale so will carry on following this thread. It also means I can get my hat trick of manning the secretglasto fort, so i'll still be on the farm in spirit. :)

What is secret Glasto? Sounds awesome ?

Why aren't you using ticketmaster? It's cheaper...

And in case you didn't see - you can get 10% discount for Iberia flights (1.-18.7.) using the code MADCOOL20

Wish you’d posted that earlier, that explains why flight prices seem to have rocketed since this morning (pre-sale) ??

Got mine through Ticketmaster as festickets just wouldnt work full stop but god knows if I bought the right stuff had to google translate half the page ?

Ah thanks guys, we struggled with Festicket, friend got straight through and got hers, we couldn’t get through so she got back in and bought two for us, but she’s only had a confirmation email for our two ?

Nearly as stressful as trying for Glasto tix, though I think it’s calmed down now ??

Never understand why people buy tickets and know they are going to return them a month later, I am convinced some folk do it just to post the confirmation on social media.

Doesn’t it cost them £20 for the pleasure? I thought you only got £30 back if you didn’t pay the full balance off ?

    Genius :) thankyou :)

Just Photoshop some holly and Santa hats on everyone and it’s a winner ?

id love to be able to do that ... its that power and weight issue ... and cost too ..... I wore the ribbon tower last year but after about an hour discovered it was susceptible to getting hit by high winds and made me quite unsteady on my feet :) ... so it wasn't worn again ...damn I did say I wasn't going to mention hats ... I lasted 2 hours :)

    Your hats are amazing ?

it's currently disabled, as See started including something to mess it up. I need to find time to programme a work-around so i can get it running again.

Thought I’d read something about that before ?

#BBSR - Bring Back Secret Resales

How do you know (or did you know) when there is (was) a secret resale out of interest as I guess they’re not (weren’t) widely publicised?

I know there hasn’t been any for a couple of years now though, just asking out of curiosity (just in case - ha!) ?

Please please try boomtown, shambala, green man, beautiful days or bearded theory Over IOW unless you’re just there for a lineup

I’m also hearing good things about End of The Road, got a ticket for that myself this year based on the positive reviews ?

Get registered ASAP.  Prior to the main sale we pre registered with wateraid, they have a form to express interest before actual registration opens. We also e mailed them giving them an idea of our suitability etc and received a nice personal reply . Very fortunately we got tickets in the main sale so won’t have to volunteer but wouldn’t have hesitated if we had to. Best of luck anyway in the resale , we will be helping!

Ah thanks, I really am starting to believe I will actually be volunteering next year so will be looking at all options ??

Genuinely thought we'd get a winner or two off here.

Worries me more for the resale.

Worries me more about volunteering which is my Plan B, think I’ve already accepted that chances of resale tix are going to be very slim unfortunately  ?

I almost wish we didn't have all these false hopes and that when it was over it was over.  April is a long way off to keep wondering....

I kind of wish they would bring the resale forward, April is an awfully long way off, surely it would be kinder ?
