I think Lewis Capaldi will guest with someone. It would be a low pressure way to feel himself back into music.

Different usages patterns, also for the football stadium the latest it will finish will be half 10ish where the arena has a 24 hour licence, and will likely have more drinkers than the stadium.

AO Arena is fine, I wouldn't call it good. It's quite dated and a bit of a nightmare logistically. Plus, it's never not booked. There is demand for another arena of this size in the area because the city is so well-visited, connected and established. There'll be no problems them both co-existing I don't think, and if anything could help consumers by driving prices down if competition did arise. There is demand in the city, supply must increase, that's the long and short of it.The thing that’s great about the current arena is that it’s on top of a railway station, with a tram stop which can take you all over the network in a city centre near a load of bus stops.
new place in a rough area with no trains limited buses and a tram stop. It’s also about 30 min walk to the city centre.

Definately saw a few of those green boxes when we visited
I found the mobile number for the person who designed the installation, could text him to find out what they are up to. But I'm not going to because that's going a bit too far.

yep good shout , just need to find out who doing the fibre on the farm locally and if it matches the bbc ... off to webcam 🙂
Look's like these did the new install in 2023, this looks to be an extension of that network. I would say vodaphone would be bringing in several connections to site that they will use for the cell towers.

It looked like this morning that the field where the other stage goes has been cut. So maybe starting on that in the next few days.
would also expect some trackway to start going down

Excellent line up. King of The Beats should be good fun.
TBH, the first thing I check when the Glade poster comes out is that Cassette Boy and Dj Rubbish are on there.
Hopefully will take me back to the Elbow Rooms in Leeds, used to love that venue. Pool hall in the day that turned into a breaks club on Saturday nights.

Interesting. I was told CC this year would definitely be playing and he was planning something for arcadia. Could have changed. Let's see.
Might not have been booked in January, I suppose we will find out in the next month.

I know for a fact he's playing arcadia

Hoping the Carl Cox Disco Experience finds its way onto another stage! Feels wrong without it...
I think Carl Cox said he wasn’t playing Glastonbury this year.

Just got tickets in the resale (whoop!) have been 13 times before, but not since 2017 and that year my eldest was 8/9 months old and we stayed at Pop-up Motel with our own tent. This year the kids are 4 and 7 and my husband is thinking we camp on site, but I don't think we can come until the Thursday and my husband is working on the south coast that week, so we're thinking he goes ahead with tent and then I come down with the kids - will they let him pitch in Wicket without us/kids there?
Yes, so long that the kids arrive by friday it won't be an issue. He might just need to explain. There is quite a lot of people go early without kids then get them dropped off on friday after school.

Not sold out yet which is unusual … sittings available Fri and sat
Also noticed that the charity bins haven't raised as much as normal. Think this is where people will make changes to be able to afford the big thing.

Critics really seem to have lost all sense of perspective on her in recent years, like they're trying to overcompensate for sneering at her music for so long
they are scared of being cut off by her team, she's big business.

they are very good quality, well worth the money, especially if they keep things as cold as they say they do.
I also like the little cup holders , perfect little camping table and sturdy enough to use as a seat tooWe use it as a seat and it’s fine, so long that you prep before hand it will stay cool for quite a few days.

Did anyone managed to get the two URL's so that we can have a go at predicting Sunday's one?
that doesn't matter anymore, even if you are on the main page and you get a session you can just click through and it holds it. I've just experienced it now, and could go into the Wednesday or Thursday sale.

The silent disco at kendal calling is really good fun, you have 2 djs competing and you can change the channel. It’s also in the woods which gives it a vibe.
