Looks to me like they're waiting for a big name for the Friday before giving out packages of smaller names.
It is with a good reason.
Very soon more.- 3

Foo Fighters were on the table a little while ago. Rock Werchter and Pinkpop. Not sure it will happen, but we will know soon enough.

They had to focus more on their own organisation instead on focussing to expand the festival worldwide.

The Hear Hear festival really seems to be low energy on the the socials. On Facebook they have 300 people who say they are attending. Will they go through with it if they only sell like 10 to 15k tickets?
I still hope they add these names to the main festival, but that is probably in vain.
It sells, the crowd they are targetting are not really the ones who are on Facebook to say they are going.
But it will be closer to 20k instead of 30k.

@Ken19any idea if the slipknot day will have some more metal bands. really like slipknot but don't like them enough to pay 115 euro for just that one band.
Don’t think many will be added

Does anyone know if there will be a camping shop on the hive site? In previous years I have used the Tentenzo camping shop in the hive, but there is no information on their website and their facebook page hasn't been updated in 2 years.
No, normally not.

Knowing the Belgians, yes. ( But can't give you a 100% answer) Best to contact them via the website or on the FB page, usually very quick at answering.
There are options, and every food stand will have a sign on it.

Every time I see this thread pop up I keep thinking they've finally booked a replacement for Queens of the Stone Age as Muse's fellow headliners. Take it that's still being waited on. Although they are still noted as playing Musilac Festival in France if that counts for anything, even if Songkick incorrectly said they're still down for another French festival.
No, Musilac announced qotsa cancelled their show a month ago.

Off the top of my head, Iggy Pop, LG, Suede, Foals, Battles, Parquet Courts, Bikini Kill all around in August with no other Belgian festival dates.
Liam and Editors are topping this event.

It’s also the principle.
If your headliner pulls out, you disclose it. A smaller name can wait but not a headliner. It’s hardly a big deal to do so.
The organisers have likely known for 2 months. I now see them as untrustworthy - and reputation is important for any organisation.
They don’t care I think…

What is happening with Cypress Hill to make them headliners?
They played in 2017 and weren't even in bold on the line up - at least nine other names bigger than them. Seems like a very odd choice.I expect some extra bigger names for this day.

The lack of rock bands especially on the Slipknot day is really strange.
It was never expected to get the go for this one. Was very difficult. They were not on the preview last Friday.
Happy with them though! -

1.Probably Arctic Monkeys, possibly Dua Lipa
2. Possibly Tame Impala, I think Ken is referring to Stormzy though. He didn't say they headlined in 2019, just that they played.
3.Assuming 'Over the top' means someone who's not really headlining size then it must be OATW
All sounds a bit underwhelming
Decent undercard, @Ken19?
Stormzy will play Core after all. Maybe also Pkp but not as a headliner.

I think that the problem lies in quarantaine and administrative issues when returning to the states...
There is also a problem with the rent of gear…

An expected headliner
An available headliner, but played there in 2019
An over the top headliner, Belgian act, not the act we are waiting for
extra Pukkelpop event week before, 40+, the wind sounds not good

It will not be Foo's in the end, maybe better this way, it would be too early.
Friday headliner will be a first timer, very happy with this one.
