Is this festival already sold out? If no, how quickly does it sell out? I really want to see NIN.

EDIT: Oops, sales start at 5th of december, didn't see it earlier.

I'd also like to know a rough date this will sell out. I'm thinking nos or werchter but NIN and snow patrol are a must watch for me

The Killers are touring pretty late to come back already to festivals in June/July. They're basically confirmed for Bonnaroo which takes place in early June and I reckon they'll do Firefly, Gov Ball etc.. I see them coming back doing the August fests like Reading & Leeds, Lowlands, Pukkelpop etc, but I could be wrong.
The Prodigy could be a dance closer but so could The XX, Gorillaz and Massive Attack and I think those 3 seem more likely than The Prodigy.
Idk if I remember correctly but didn't the Primavera director say that NIN was very hard to book or something?

Biggest chance to (co)headline: Pearl Jam - Queens Of The Stone Age - Gorillaz - Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds - The XX
Smaller chance to (co)headline: Volbeat - Kendrick Lamar - The Killers - Arctic Monkeys - The Prodigy - Florence + The Machine - Jack White - Noel Gallagher
Small chance to (co)headline: The Rolling Stones - Jay Z - Editors - Fleetwood Mac - Nine Inch Nails - Neil Young
Out: Depeche Mode, Foo Fighters, Guns N Roses, Iron Maiden, Bruno Mars, The National, Oscar & The Wolf, Roger Waters, Ed Sheeran, Ozzy Osbourne, Sam Smith

    (idk if I missed someone)

    Snow patrol?

Arctics haven't been announced for anything yet and according to the Primavera booker not long ago they hadn't even confirmed when their album would be coming out. Wouldn't be surprised if they aren't at any of these early-mid Summer fests that everyone's predicting them for. Even if they are at Werchter I'd expect them to announce their comeback before Werchter get to announce them.

If it is an 'indie' headliner announced tomorrow I think The Killers are more likely. There's the likes of QOTSA/The National/Gorillaz that have already been announced for every other festival but I feel like they'd be a bit weak as Werchter's first headliner announcement.

Anyway, in general I'm thinking this for headliners now Depeche Mode are out:

The Killers, Pearl Jam and two co-headline structures involving The National/QOTSA/Gorillaz/someone else. Could The Prodigy do it or would they be more likely as a dance closer after The Killers? Maybe a day that goes Volbeat - QOTSA - The Prodigy? If not then maybe Florence or Editors as per.

    Thu: The National - Gorillaz

Fri: The Killers - The xx

Sat: The Prodigy - QOTSA - Volbeat

Sun: Pearl Jam - Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds

Is that strong enough? Maybe NIN could also appear in these slots.

Yh my arctics thoughts are more hope tbh although rumour suggests them for Trsmt. I don't think killers can be seen as a big headliner abroad ... must be one yet to announce or it will be a fairly weak top card

I think they'll announce tomorrow because GMM tickets go on sale on Saturday morning. So they'll want to offer people an alternative.

Surely would have to be an indie headliner type to give a diverse enough choice for people between the two? Only arctics would fit that

Kasabian warns for news on their facebookaccount tomorrow evening. May be Werchter will be dropping names in the afternoon?

7pm that is though so wouldn't have thought it's anything to do with werchter. I imagine it will either be a headliner already around i.e QOTSA/ Gorillaz  or a complete new one

I think that Portuguese crowd + FATM is a potentially good combo !

Yh I suppose, don't get me wrong it will be a great booking for NOS but with pearl jam also rumoured doesn' leave much space for headliners I'm wanting to catch

I can't see it being anyone headliner size at this stage but if it has been delayed for someone that size then Jack White seems an obvious shout given what Gabi said about him not too long ago.
