  2. The International Ticket Collection Cabin opening hours are:- 8am - 9pm, Wednesday 21st - Friday 23rd June- 10am - 6pm, Saturday 24th June- 10am - 4pm, Sunday 25th June.
  3. Nope. I’ve contacted See Tickets and they’ve sent me details confirming I can collect from the box office on-site. I’d recommend everyone else does the same - See Tickets replied to my email within 2 hours.
  4. No I don’t think so. The box office is by PGA and the coach park. You’ll have had to park your car first, but that might be difficult if your carpark ticket is also at the box office with your festival ticket. Got a feeling they won’t let you anywhere near the car parks without a carpark ticket though, well that’s my worry anyway.

  7. Hi -- I'm in a similar situation. I'm based in Amsterdam, NL and my tickets were also stuck in Nottingham for weeks. They eventually left the UK last week [6 June] but i've not received them yet or any delivery notifications from PostNL. I contacted See Tickets and they said to let them know if the tickets hadn't arrived before I leave for the UK [also next Tuesday like you]. The best way to contact them is glastonbury@seetickets.com and they will reply after a few hours.
  8. Great stuff - thanks for the info and congrats on receiving your tickets. We're still waiting for ours here in Amsterdam, but your timeline looks similar to ours, albeit no news of them arriving in NL yet. I received similar info from See regards collecting our tickets from the box office, but hope they arrive before we leave to the UK as we also ordered a carpark ticket and i'd image will not be able to get anywhere near pedestrian gate A without our carpark ticket - I guess only time will tell!
  9. Yep I live in Amsterdam and still haven’t received my ticket yet either. Same issue, Royal Mail says it left the UK on 6 June but still nothing from Post NL. I did contact See Tickets and they said if the tickets haven’t arrived before I live for the UK to let them know. Might be worth letting your friend know to do the same.
  10. I live in the Netherlands and am also getting a little worried now. Similar to everyone else based internationally, I received confirmation from See that the tickets had been dispatched on 17 May. The Royal Mail tracking is showing the tickets as being at the Nottingham MC but they haven't moved since 24 May. I contacted See Tickets and they were no help. I finally managed to speak to someone at Royal Mail this morning and they advised "your order left Nottingham MC on 24 May and headed to Heathrow for international dispatch" - they could be anywhere now. I leave for the UK two weeks today so fingers crossed they arrive soon.
  11. Sorry, I missed that bit off; I have already emailed See's customer services team. Just wasn't sure if anyone else had also and how long See took to get back + what their response was.
  12. I'm internationally based [in the Netherlands]. I received email confirmation from See on 17 May but Royal Mail's Track & Trace state the tickets haven't moved from Nottingham MC since 24 May. Despite trying numerous times I can't contact anyone at Nottingham MC or Royal Mail themselves and am now starting to panic a bit. It sounds like i'm not the only international festival goer with the same issue - see this thread 😬 Glastonbury originally advise international tickets would need collecting from the box office onsite, but that info changed when I received the ticket dispatched email from See. Does anyone have any other advice?
