  1. I thought exactly the same as you about dance music, but then, also like you, The Chems totally converted me. The Chems are one of the best live acts around I think - quality addition and I can't wait to see them again. Notice you're from Manchester Nightcrawler, well they're also playing the Ritz in Manchester in June.
  2. Are Kasabian headline material? I wouldn't be surprised if they were 2nd or 3rd on the Pyramid stage but don't you have to be massive worldwide to earn a hedline slot? They may be pretty big over here, but not as big as The White Stripes, Oasis and R.E.M., just to name a few past Friday headliners.
  3. Fair point, just seemed to be really obvious at kasabian that you were surrounded by the hooligan type. Like you said though it's all about where you are and for kasabian I always make a point of getting down to the front and having a damn good time  Having the fratellis as support wont have helped matters though, just hope Glastonbury see sense and don't book fratellis, kooks or the automatic :)

  4. I was at V, patiently waiting for Pixies to appear, and Snow Patrol came on and did that coffee table music, 'Run'...it was so dull...but all the V goers loved it!

    Snow Patrol are incredibly dull.

Tool are a very good band with some very interesting musical ideas.

'Neighbourhood #1 (Tunnels)' is a very good song on 'Funeral'. Stands out a long way from the rest for me.
