  1. Not bad line up defo try and catch adam hills and Rob Beckett as I think they are funny but no females especially in this current climate. It is like a line up for a mock the week and other comedy panel shows. I am all for female equality.

(please can someone get rid of beyonce as i heard whe was terrible as she spend more time changing her clothes than singing! and 20 minutes late.

  3. Imagine the crowds in the future tent this year after the poor tickets sales, the saying playing to three people will be true for some acts! I remember in 2011 I went to see the pierces (who!!!) which I was a fan of and no joke about 7 people in the tent!

  4. You are right Peter well said, they should stick with a genre and have a few other bits of genres of music thrown in and not just a pop festival for the teenagers, also they are advertising trying to be cool and down with the kids with slogans, facebook comments and even colours! Having said all that they are loads of artists playing that I really want to see this year I am 33 and looked at other festivals

  5. I do think it is the line up that has people off as compared to other festivals not including Glastonbury it is a good line up, I probably get negative comments after I said that, but I think it is the price as other smallish festivals are cheaper and encouraging people to go there to have a good time and get drunk with their mates. As the last few times I have been to V I have met loads of people who not really a big music fan only see about four acts all weekend they just want to have a laugh with they mates get drunk and be seen.

  6. I have looked at other festivals this year. I tried to a ticket for Glastonbury but did not get one, IOW good line up but hard to get to ie ferry, t in the park good line up but miles away, latitude crap/weird line up and beautiful days in devon I'd only a few miles away but has artists I have never heard of for £140! And thanks on saying my taste of music is good.

  7. I am going alone this year and have for the last three times I have been. I do thing it is good going on your own as when the music starts you can see the artists who I want to see without make a decision with your mates and end up missing the artist you want to see. I also do not understand people who constantly try find their mates and what experience the music with and have to be their and end up wailing h holding hands

  8. I do not understand why it has not sold well as I think it is a good line up compare to other festival lines up around the country I have seen. I also saw the advert and they only mention all the average pop acts that are going to be there and not they acts that I think are good and the reasons why I am going, I.e kaisers, elbow, chic, manics, human league and star sailor

  9. Hello people, my first time on a forum. Anyway I do not think the killers are a great band and good live but I think it is a safe opition to take and I would like to take a bit more of a risk like other festivals such as latitude, BST and a certain extent glaso and reading. I would of given a headline to a band/ artist that has not headline a massive festival before.
