Looking forward to a first visit to Latitude 😃🎶 though only have Friday day tickets
we’re Truck Festival regulars, living only 5 miles from that site, but that was scuppered 😩
tying in a day ticket for Latitude with a visit to my mum’s in Norfolk for the first time in 18 months
looking forward to it

The retiring of a legend! Loved your Truck clashfinders mate. Really helpful in building the hype before you go!
Hahahaha you’re very welcome 👍🏼🎶

I'll get to work on the clashfinder (based on the 2019 timings) this evening, so you guys can start planning and come to terms with some of these horrible clashes as soon as possible haha. Loving some of these additions, Everything Everything is a big dub fourth down. Clashes with anything and the main stage are usually limited to around 15 minutes, while the Nest and Market have clashed directly in the past.
Nice one 👍🏼
I’ve done the clashfinder for the last 6 Trucks, but I’ll leave it you to you this year! The year that their app broke, they emailed me the entire schedule so it was still accurate 😅

If squid and idles are clashing I'm gonna be pissed
Likely to overlap by 15 minutes...

I’m not sure to expect really!
but I reckon it’ll be nearly 100% British acts

It definitely won’t be running, and it’s unusual for Truck not to have posted any social media for a fortnight!
obviously putting together their statement- 1

I think it will be cancelled, not postponed, just because there's no evidence the situation will be any better in September.
Let's hope they can secure some of this year's line up for next year.
I agree.
hopefully, Shame need to play eventually!

Spoke to my sons teacher today, quick check in call, she is of the opinion they will try to get kids back into school after may half term but only part time til september
Wow, I’m very surprised at that!
what region are you in?
it’s certainly not the case where I am in Oxfordshire, and all the exams have been cancelled this year already

I was holding out hope with the talk of a September date but speaking to a friend in the Police planning department where I live today I think my hopes have been dashed. They haven’t the numbers to police life as it currently is so all licence applications are being rejected, if schools aren’t back till September I think gatherings will suffer until then too.
we can but hope for a miracle
Very good point 😞

I wouldn’t be surprised by a rescheduling to late September to be honest.
the first ever Truck was in Sept. ‘98 and in the summer floods of 2007 they rescheduled to September too....- 2

Second announcement next week ?
Yeah I reckon Thursday / Friday

Shame are on Saturday like they were due to be last year then, anyone seen any more confirmations on days yet?
-
My first visit to Victorious, I have a Friday day ticket 🎫
is there much more to be added to Friday? I can see it’s a smaller set up than the weekend

A long time admirer of Truck, finally pulled the trigger following the uninspiring Reading line up, can't wait!
Good work 👍🏼👌🏼

I mean this is a complete (hopeful) stab in the dark based on a complete assumption that this is how these things work, but is it possible that as part of an agreement they said Loyle C had to be announced for Truck at a later date, to avoid impacting Wilderness sales??
Possibly...

The Pigeon Detectives headline The Nest on Sunday then, anyone got any idea who’s doing the other days?
I reckon The Murder Capital would be ideal -

So who else are we hoping for to make an appearance on the line up?
Egyptian Blue, Black Country New Road, Black Midi, Squid, Lanterns On The Lake, Beak>, Phoebe Bridgers, Warmduscher, The Zutons

for the conspiracy theorists amongst you... a friend of mine is convinced that Supergrass will be slotted in above The Kooks, as Blossoms, BBC & Catfish all announced that they’re ‘headlining’ whilst The Kooks merely said they were ‘playing’ 😅😛

How quickly do tickets sell out/ are resale tickets often available?
I really like the potential lineup but I haven't found anyone to go with as of yet, is it worth 1) buying a ticket now and trying to resell it later on if I cant go? or is it worth 2) just not buying a ticket yet and hoping it doesn't get sold out?? Many thanks
It normally sells out in June, but ticket price will rise again before then...
there’s a Facebook page called Solo Truckers if you’re looking to hook up with others going alone 👍🏼
