yeah man, try not to be so hard on yourself! (easy to say) Make the most of now. I think its a really nice idea to make a journal thing for Zela (dont think i spelt her name right) Its something to keep you occupied as well.

Just know that lost of people are thinking about you and hoping for the best for you A funny moment i will remember of you is at B Days this year, someone had been jumping about and said'i'm f**ked' then i turned round to see you with a big grin on you face then you whispered 'im quite f**ked' then 5 minutes later you were both holding each other up nearly! Was a funny moment for me anyway
