Well that's what they claim, and that they'll be checking every bag and pockets. If so we'll not all get in until the monday!
The one in Norwich and Exeter I went to said theyll be checking names on tickets but never did..

Well I guess that could be kinda exciting then. Someone must know I'm advance to spill the beans though?
Ermmm. Maybe someone working on the site beforehand?
Anyone else think also people have bought tickets for another park expecting to see Ed Sheeran etc etc.

Don’t they just release the set times in the lanyards? Until then someone splashes them all over social media?

What do you mean yours are paperless, I thought they all were to help prevent resales?
Well I thought I read Pot 1&2 locals were physicals and the rest of UK were paperless;
But ive just read the Terms & Conditions and;
”The Booking process for all of BBC Music’s Biggest Weekend events will be handled by Ticketmaster. Tickets will be posted out. Should they fail to arrive by a set date you will be able to contact Ticketmaster and order replacements for collection on the day,”
So maybe they’ve changed it
Ive also looked on Ticketmaster and now its been changed back to Tickets will be sent out nearer the time..
who knows.

Majority of tickets have been sent out according to their help page. I keep forgetting mine are paperless, rather would perfer a physical one

Literally have no idea who any of the people added on Bruno Mars' day are. Am I out of touch or is it a bit shit?
Nope - I don’t either, although I think DNCE did that cake by the ocean song. Thats as far as I got.

Tears For Fears have had to pull out of the Coventry show due to health concerns, but gutted as I was looking forward to seeing them. Very glad it wasn't LG or Stereophonics pulling out though! Any guesses who'll replace Tears For Fears?
Are they definitely being replaced?
Other news, according to Biggest Weekend website, Stereophonics are first to play at 1pm, apparently.

Surely it’s just going to be the same as other big weekends. Like an hour (or less like last year) headline set. Same as security, pretty bog standard.

WhY? Who are you?

Do you want to close every other thread for every festival that’s been and gone then?

this is the website https://www.bbc.co.uk/events/efj3v2
I know mate, but that won’t get changed until January, so only 9 months to wait until the potential announcement!

I was gonna say i wanna attend this years and be done with that
I don’t think it’ll be in England though either Northern Ireland or Scotland.
or something completely different.

Probably more that her people have only agreed to a short performance which would be criticised as a headliner. She only did 4-5 songs in 2015 to a backing track IIRC while touring a bigger production with a live band.
Really? 4-5 songs?
Edit: I’ve checked and she done 7. Was het set like 25 mins?

So looks like Swifties are getting shafted by her being shoved into a sub spot again then, just like in 2015. Thrilled Flo is imminently coming back though.
Flo is so good though, saw her both at Glastonbury + Big Weekend in 2015 and liked it more than I thought!
RIZE Festival (Hylands Park, Chelmsford)

Rare performance from Sean Paul? Is that a joke?
