  2. Thanks guys! Think I might give the showers near KidzField’s a go if you can get a ticket and come back, but the sauna is a good shout as well! Probably decide based on which I’m nearest to at the time!

  3. just thought, I bought my car parking ticket separately last week, does that get delivered separately or do I just need the email on arrival? I know I wasn’t charged delivery but I can’t remember if it asked for my address or not

  4. This will be my third year at Glastonbury but the first year using the showers, I’ve never even walked passed them before to know what they’re like/where they are and what times are best to avoid big queues? thinking early Friday or Saturday morning at 7am? But if they’re 24 hours maybe I’ll try on the way back to the tent at like 3am?

    Can I just ask...

I’m looking at ways of getting all my gear in to the campsite. Going solo.

Are these types of trolleys to be avoided or are they actually alright?

    Only £15.99 on ebay.

I’ve used one from Argos for the past two times I’ve been and it’s been fine, in the mud I’ve ended up dragging it but it’s held together with a crate in there and some plastic 2 litre bottles of spirits, just gotta duct tape it to the framing so it doesn’t fall apart! The industrial one will definitely be better quality tho

  6. The past 2 years we’ve gone all out Sunday night and got on the earliest coach they’ll let us on in the morning after a few hours sleep

This year i’m driving for the first time, any tips on the best time to try to get out of the car park and back to Manchester?

  7. Not sure if it’s been mentioned but Bring Me The Horizon? They’ve said the festival they’re doing in London is an “exclusive” headline set, but they wouldn’t be headlining glasto and they’re at big weekend? I’ve been assuming they’ll show up somewhere

  8. I assume he’ll have something (album/singles) out before he does radio one big weekend at the end of May? doesn’t make sense for him to do that without any new material to promote

  9. not as much hiphop/grime as I’d like from the first announcement, I was expecting Dave, Octavian, giggs, AJ Tracey

and theres no current american hiphop act either which seems a bit odd, I was hoping for future/migos/cardi/pusha t.

Lauryn Hill and Wu Tang I’ll take tho!

  10. Might be a bit stupid but it says on the website "no sound systems" and I'm wondering if that means like official djing equipment or if I'd be okay to bring a Bluetooth speaker for our tent? Nothing too fancy just a £20 tube speaker

  11. Getting a train from Manchester to Glasgow and then getting the coach, but in case of delays we don't want to buy a ticket online and then miss our bus. Never been to T before but at Leeds Festival you can just buy a return ticket when you get to Leeds City centre, wondering if it's the same? Is buying it on the day an option?

  12. I've never been to t in the park before so I don't really know what happens with the announcements but it still says acts to be announced on some stages and others look a lot less full than others so I'm just wondering when these will be announced? Or when they have in previous years? will it just be smaller bands no one really knows or are there any relatively big names to come?

Roughly how many are left to be announce do people think?

  13. i've never been to V, but i've been to Leeds Festival for the past 3 years and they have fantastic things to do after the arena closes, DJ's on in the camp sites until after 5am, Piccadilly party, silent disco, fairground etc etc, just wondering if V (staffordshire) also has stuff to do after the acts have finished in and around the camp sites?

  14. i've always just bought a ticket off the official websites as soon as they go on sale but i've heard a lot of people get them a lot cheaper off ebay, just wondering how reliable that is and whether people recommend doing it/how close to the festival would i have to wait to find them cheaper as i don't want to leave it too late and then they sell out so i end up not going all for the sake of saving like £10 or something

  15. I've seen on lots of different posts things about D12 playing on the eminem day, which would obviously make sense, but is there really any possiblity of them playing considering they've not done anything in years/one of the members dying.

Assume it's just speculation anyway based on last time eminem played, just wondering the actual likelihood?

  16. i currently have a very limited amount of money, and i have early bird.

i was thinking that i'd probably take a lot of my own food and maybe only buy some chips once a day or something, and then i'm going to take a crate or two and possibly buy some in the arena? how much will this roughly cost and does anyone have any suggestions on how to save money/what's the lowest and highest amount of money you've spent?
