Just a quick question.
Was looking on the Reading Festival website to look at previous line-ups and I noticed 2001 was missing. Was there no Reading Festival this year or is it just a mistake on the website?

0 - as it's my first time at V festival.
I'm not expecting it be on par with Leeds though.

Sunday - LCD Soundsystem/Lock up/Dance Tent/FR Stage/Getting f**ked up in my campsite and watching 16 year old twats getting chucked out because it's 'sick' to 'riot'

And if i said to drop off my bags ?
Do you think they'd be ok with that ?
Obviously the best thing to do would be to ask the security BEFORE leaving the arena
Or just get my friends to drop off/collect my bags for me

What if i went out to drop off my bags etc on arrival, then came to get back into the arena ?
Surely having a day-ticket for that specific day i should be allowed in ?

Klaxons - I like there music but I dont love it. But in 2007 when they headlined the NME tent at Leeds on the Friday the whole hour or so was carneage. One of my top highlights at festivals.
Biffy Clyro - Because it's Biffy Clyro. (As i write this i am humbing Bubbles, tune.)
The Libertines - Will be an amazing set without a shadow of doubt (If they turn up)

They've got a couple of good songs like kids an electric feel but they're nout special. Watched then in 2008 aswell and well it was just noise.

i've seen ymas live, good set, but loved the fact all the little kids who didn't know any words for 1 song, was pushed to the outsides and i think there was even around 20 year olds in the middle..
but yeah they will pull the smallest crowd i agree.. but not the festival can't aim for one sort of genre or music, or it'd be shit.. hence why it as all tastes? thats why i asked this question to people who might actually know the answer, not people who would just rip the piss out of me, or the question, no offence in anyway though & another thing i'm 17, but i don't think im cool and i'm not a twat, at Leeds i'll be acting like any other human, normal, and not causing any trouble.

If there anything like YMAS and all time low they can't be good. Them two bands I can guarantee that they will pull the smallest crowds of the weekend. If i'm wrong then it'll just be filled with 14-17 year old bel-end who have just gone to the festival because its 'cool' twats.

I hope you enjoy spending £180 on a ticket and watch shit bands. For me and i'm sure alot of other people on this forum this line-up is close to a dream line so you're not gonna get alot of takers on your need for bloc party. I'm sick of hearing flux.
V festival have some good 'indie' bands yano go there. I'm actually going to V aswell but this is just to make the girlfriend smile before i go to a real festival a week later and appreciate some real music.
