Women in Tune 2012

Women in Tune (WIT) Music Festival is a unique women-only music festival. The festival runs from Thursday 16th to Monday 20th August 2012, in the small village of Lampeter, Ceridigion, Mid Wales.

Horse, The Carrivick Sisters, Delicata, Sarah Kate Bennett, Meet Your Feet, Pan Diva, Cheryl Beer, Jackie Doran and Suzanne Jones, Lisa Reese, Emma Black, Matshidiso, Penny Stone, Tallulah Rendall with Joanna Quail, Emily Franklin, and Anne-Francoise Berthault.

Tickets

Ticket prices are the same as last year despite the extra day being added. Ticket prices for working women is £90 in advance (£100 on the gate), a ticket for the low waged is priced is priced at £65 (£70 on the gate), a ticket for the unwaged is priced at £50. Girls aged under 16 can attend free and have their own under 16s festival area. This festival is for women and girls and fastival goers are asked not to bring any boys over the age of 5. The festival includes music, dance, theatre, story and poetry, on stage and off. The festival showcases women's music with a wide range of musical styles on offer. Workshops will be on during the day, some by the performers themselves.
