Stroud festival 2010

The Stroud Fringe Festival returns for 2010, this time as a three day event held from Friday 3rd until and Sunday 5th September and will be showcasing a wealth of local talent.

There first acts confirmed include Nick Harper, and Zen Elephant.

Entertainment

As well as music and arts there will be stalls exhibiting an array of local crafts and various events in the pubs around town (including a few beer festivals), plus larger events in the town hall. The Stroud Kids Fringe will be held in the Subscription Rooms.

Camping

Camping is expected to be available from 6pm Thursday through till Sunday evening. The campsite is located behind the Leisure Centre at Stratford Park, Stratford Road. Caravans and tents are allowed onto the site.

Wheelchair Access

Most venues can accommodate wheelchairs or other mobility restricted persons. At venues without wheelchair access, stewards will be happy to assist in any way they can. Disabled toilets are in the Subscription Room, Cornhill Market, Town Council offices, campsite and public toilets at the rear of the Subscription rooms (RADAR key will be needed).
