Stendhal Festival 2014


The fourth Stendhal Festival takes place in the Roe Valley, Northern Ireland, on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th August 2014.

Combining music, art, dance, sculpture, poetry, and a host of other activities, this is a family friendly event that embraces the ethos of community, discovering different genres of art and above all, having a good time.

Line-up

Frightened Rabbit, The Undertones, Paddy Casey, Bronagh Gallagher, Duke Special (DJ Set), Making Monsters, Troublesome Bucks, The Henry Girls, Silences, Los Dramáticos, Limavady Big Band, Go Wolf, Bakken, Exit Pursued By Bear, Ciaran Lavery, Ard Ri, The Wood Burning Savages, Túcan, The Plantin, The Clameens, SlowPlaceLikeHome , The Emerald Armada, Ryan McMullan, Rackhouse Pilfer, Ports, Pitcher of the Moon, Paul Tully, Paddy Nash and the Happy Enchiladas, Malojian, In An Instant, Glenn Rosborough, Edwin Brooks and the Burning Glass, and Dramatic Tiger Club.

Latest additions are Join me in the Pines, The Wonder Villains, Rachel Sermanni, Mark Geary, Callum Stewart, Dimebag DJs, Amanda St John, Conor Scott, Sal Hanvey, Ri-Ra, Jun Tzu, Cull, and headlining the comedy showcase will be Arthur Smith.

The early bird offer has ended. Tickets are priced at £38 for a weekend camping pass and £60 for a family weekend camping pass (2 adults and up to 4 kids under 18).

In addition to the music on show over four stages, Stendhal Festival will also play host to a varied family programme of events for the kids to enjoy, art work, sculpture, a craft market, digital art installations, a fun fair and many more wee surprises.

The festival intends to ensure the audience is kept undercover in the event of inclement weather.
