Respect 2004

This anti-racist and multicultural festival is now in it's fourth year. Respect is organised by the Greater London Authority, in conjunction with the National Assembly against Racism and the trades union movement. As one of London's top free music festivals, Respect celebrates the capital's diversity and promotes anti-racism in a day-long festival. Around 100,000 people are expected to attend.

In addition to the main Respect stage, there are expected to be at least two other stages incorporating comedy, world dance and roots as well as a children's play area.

The latest news is that there will be a poetry slam taking place but that's all the info we have right now. Watch this space for full details as they become available.

Further details are available from the Respect website.
