Middlewich FAB Festival 2013

Now in it's 23rd year, the Middlewich FAB Festival offers a narrowboat rally as well as music and street theatre with juggling, parades through the town, stalls, music at various venues, and Morris dancing from Friday 14th until Sunday 16th June 2013.

Line-up

The latest additions are All Blacked Up, Golty Farabeau, Gordie MacKeeman & His Rhythm Boys, Headsticks, Kye Sones, Liverpool Shanty Kings, and Maddocks & Bayes.

They join Spiers & Boden, Seth Lakeman, Blue Horyzon, Clutching at Straws, The Fosbrooks, Ne3Folk, The Peace Artistes, Dick Gaughan, Greg Russell & Ciaran Algar, Dan Walsh & Christi Andropolis, The Willows, Babajack, Backyard Devils, Liverpool Shanty Kings, Moulettes, Roving Crows, Africa Entsha, Woody Mann, and Mark Radcliffe & Foes, and My Sweet Patootie. Alongside the main entertainment expect loads of fringe artists performing throughout the weekend.

Tickets

FREE for 15 venues which host all fringe as well as FREE main Live Stage entertainment. Tickets for concerts vary depending upon concert and prices have not yet been confirmed.

Other entertainment

There are multiple fringe venues hosting live music & dance and offering FREE admission, a live stage will host more live music & dance with admission also free admission, plus the canalboat rally and 100s of morris dancers.

Canalside

This festival is based in the town centre and all venues are within easy walking distance, with several enjoying a canalside backdrop, with 100s of canal boats here for the weekend.

Camping

The spacious campsite has shower/toilet block facilities and overnight security, and offers excellent value- small tents £5per night. Large tents & caravans £10per night.
