Glasgowbury is a long running music festival held outside Draperstown in the foothills of the Sperrin Mountains. The 2010 festival will take place on Saturday 24th July 2010 and will feature performances from established and upcoming artists.

Eagle's Rock
Headlined by Duke Special, plus Joe Echo, Lowly Knights, Keith Harkin, John Shelly & The Creatures, The Vals, John Edgar Voe, Paddy Nash & The Happy Enchiladas, Silhouette, Henrietta Game, Jackson Cage, and Captain Kennedy.

G Spot
Headlined by Chipzel, plus Paul Casey, Bronagh Gallagher, Building Pictures, Aaron Shanley, Junior Johnson, Paul Shevlin, and Little Hooks.

Tickets

Festival only tickets are priced at £30 (€35) with festival and camping tickets priced at £40 (€47). Under 12's will be allowed entry to the festival for free with an accompanying adult (four children per one adult) and 16 & 17 year olds can come to the festival unattended by an adult but will not be allowed access to the bar or alcohol. Beat Carnival

This year, the colourful carnival troupe will offer a'Pimp My Booty' stall to spice up your wellie footwear, 10th anniversary Graffiti Towers for festival-goers to leave their mark and good wishes while helping to decorate the site, Site decorations, Flag making, Sign scribbling, Walk about puppet shows, Dance classes, and the customary carnival parade complete with samba drums.

Camping

The camp site will open from 6pm on Friday and must be vacated by 12 noon on Sunday. A designated family camp site will be located on site. Please make security aware of your requirements on entry. No glass bottles / no camp fires / no barbecue stoves are allowed in the camping area.

Campervans

Camper vans will be allowed to park at the An Rath Dubh Centre only – approximately one mile from the site, and are charged around £5, and places are limited.

On site

There are lots of activities and workshops, parades, reflexology and indian head massage therapies, plenty of traders and stalls , a full selection of food stalls will feature at the festival including chip vans, crepe making stalls, a Thai noodle bar, Indian cuisine plus tea, coffee and snacks etc. Alcohol is allowed in the camp site but not in the festival site, where bars provide alcohol and soft drinks.
