Gaunts Annual Summer Gathering 2011

The 21st Gaunts Summer Gathering is held for five days from Thursday 11th until Monday 15th August at the tranquil Dorset country house setting, near Wimborne, Dorset.

Line-up

The Cedar, Daughters of Elvin, Danu Fox & Band, Martha Tilston & Band, Chris Ellis with Dave Sturt & Rosie Toll, Praying for the Rain, and Gillie Nicholls. Speakers include Julian Daizan Skinner, Tim Freke, Jo Berry, and Tim 'Mac' McCartney. workshops include Beckie Hanscombe, Andrea Harrn, Christian Violaris Kyriacou, and more.

Tickets

The early bird offer has ended. Tickets are priced at £125. Day tickets will also be available. Concession tickets are available priced at 50% of ticket price, with children aged 12 years and under getting free admission. to buy tickets telephone the box office on 01202 841522.

Everything is included in the entry price except your food, drinks and therapies. That means that Camping, Parking, Children's Tickets, Child & Teenage Programmes, Live Music, Workshops and Main Speakers are all free!

Entertainment

As well as live music and entertainment, there are free workshops, soothing alternative therapies, dancing each evening, funky stalls and home-made food, and activities for kids and teenagers.

Workshops

Workshops this year will include: Laughter Yoga, Drumming, Pranayama, Comedy, Sound Baths, Dance, Voice Work, Raw chocolate making and Devotional Singing, as well as many workshops specifically for teenagers and children including Bushcraft and Arts.

Camping

The event offers camping in the surroundings or attendees can stay in the Gaunts mansion house.
