Fuse Lichfield, organised by Lichfield Arts, takes place from Friday 10th until Sunday 12th July offering a weekend of music and arts under canvas in Beacon Park, Lichfield, Staffs. The FREE family community arts festival has a culturally diverse mix of events, performances and activities for all ages. The 2009 theme is 'Words and Voices'.

Bands booked include Tipitina, The Dawn Chorus, The Big Easy, Project Notion, Palinka, Wildfire Folk, and Walsall Jazz Orchestra.

The event offers music from national and local bands, workshops (dance, poetry, circus skills, singing, songwriting), performances (Poetry, comedy, theatre, dance, storytelling), art and craft activities. There will also be an Arts Fair, Art Exhibition, licensed bar, food vendors and a craft market. There's free parking nearby and the park is just a few minutes walk from the city centre, bus and rail stations.

No camping is allowed on site but there are camping and accommodation options nearby.
