The eighth annual Free Folkfest in Burnham-on-Sea will take place from Thursday 29th August until Sunday 1st September 2013.
This is an acoustic folk festival, with free activities in pubs around the town centre with over 90 acts, dancers, workshops, exhibitions, market, refreshments, kids' entertainment at various venues throughout Burnham-on-Sea. All free.
They join The Skimmity Hitchers, Rusty Shackle, Phil King, FOS Brothers, Rosie Eade, Hedgepig, Ant Noel & The Peabody Drakes, Damian Clarke, The Slow Way, Chalice Morris, Sun Dog Days, The Winkers, Mudlarks Community Choir, Rob Carey, The Jack Ratts, Union Jill, M.O.D , Gallows Ghost, Zeptepi, Dan Walsh, Shuffle The Deck, Dusica, Andrew's Half Sister, Andy Romoff, Bright n High, Mitchell & Vincent, In The Milkwood, Nick & Chris Elswood, Emily Elswood, Boondock, Poor Old Dogs, BarlowCree, Brad McEwen, The Coarse Envelope, Martin Hughes, Elliot Hall & Rapunzel, and Billy No Mates.
