Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council hold the Darwen Music Live, in various locations around Darwen town centre.
The festival gives local music artists (no matter what their music genre) a chance to platform their music to the general public in combination with two high profile artists. The festival consists of a main stage in front of the town hall, the town's theatre, and many pubs and clubs in the area put on their own artists under the festival's umbrella.
Expect over 90 performances over two days in May, this community music festival features something for everyone.
