Clun Green Man Festival 2013

The Clun Green Man Festival is a traditional springtime festival, held over the first May Bank Holiday of the year from Saturday 4th until to Monday 6th May 2013. The Festival takes place in the town of Clun in South Shropshire. The programme is full of live music, drama, and medieval malarkey and fun for all the family.

Line-up

The first acts confirmed are Instant Wit, Star Of The Sea, and Whisky River. The programme includes live music, drama, colour and medieval malarkey, a Monday procession through the town, and the dramatic battle between the Green Man and The Frost Queen, the Spirit of Winter, fought out on Clun Bridge. The Green Man must win if they are to have a Summer in Clun! It wasn't held last year and remember what happened with the weather!
