Following Sunday's sell-out for next year's Glastonbury Festival, the festival has launched a special opportunity for those without tickets to get their hands on a pair.

There's 50 pairs of tickets available which will be sold by ballot, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the first festival in 1970.

The ballot is open to anyone with a valid Glastonbury Festival registration who hasn't secured tickets to the festival. You can enter up to two registrations from now until 5pm on Thursday 31st October, with the winning entrants being contacted in early November with details of how to pay.

For full details please see here.

There will be a resale of entrance/coach tickets on Thursday 16th April 2020, and a resale of entrance tickets on Sunday 19th April 2020. Campervan/caravan tickets, tipis and pre-erected accommodation are expected on sale later in October (dates to be announced).

Glastonbury Festival 2020 will take place from Wednesday 24th to Sunday 28th June 2020 at Worthy Farm, Pilton, Somerset
