A new festival launches this summer in Coventry when the Coombe Weekender takes place against the historical backdrop of Coombe Abbey on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th August 2019.

With funk, soul, disco, indie and pop music the two-day event has The Libertines headline on the Saturday, as well as Crystal Waters in the Big Top second stage with its headliner still to be announced. On Sunday there's Sigala and more on the Mainstage and Crazy P SoundsystemJoey Negro, and more in the Big Top.

Other acts on Saturday on the Main Stage are Tom GrennanCirca WavesReverend And The MakersThe Futureheads, and Good Cop Bad Cop, plus local acts AthensCandid, and BLVFF, while in the Big Top there's locals Craig & Grant GordonJamie Ward, and Jake Edgar & Daniel Brooks & James Wheeler.

The rest of the Sunday Main Stage line-up is ToploaderCraig Charles Funk & Soul ClubFleur East, and Loyal, with local support from JD Free Radio, and Matt Gannon, and the Big Top also has Raver Tots (12-5) for the little ones plus locals Ghost Town DJ’sDJ MomentsMoonth & HueMark BroganS-Deep, and Braddah.

Tickets are currently priced at £70 for both days, or £42.50 for the Saturday, and £29.50 for the Sunday.
