The sold out Boomtown Fair 2018 Chapter 10 which takes place at Matterley Estate, nr. Winchester, in Hampshire from Thursday 9th until Sunday 12th August 2018 have announced plans for Wednesday opening to a limited number of attendees.

The extra day has been permitted to help spread the traffic load and its impact on locals, and the Wednesday access is being offered to those arriving by sustainable transport methods such as National Express or private coach, the shuttle bus from the train station, or those with a minimum of 3 people per car.

“After six months of working hard on all possible outcomes of the licensing and planning results this is absolutely amazing news! Being granted permission means that we can now implement measures to help spread arrivals out over two days and continue our work to reduce the disruption caused to the local community and make entry to the festival easier for everyone.” Boomtown Organisers

The option to add the Wednesday ticket is only available for existing ticket holders, and you can buy from here.

Checkout the full Boomtown line-up, which includes Gorillaz, Ben Harper and The Innocent Criminals, Billy Bragg, Amadou & Mariam, Dubioza Kolektiv, Molotov Jukebox, and hundreds more.

Boomtown Fair Chapter 10 is sold out. There will be a limited resale in June, for which you can register here.
