Flaming Lips, Ghostpoet, Mystery Jets & more for new Kaleidoscope Festival

A new multi-arts one-day festival - Kaleidoscope Festival - has been revealed, to take place at Alexandra Palace, London on Saturday 21st July 2018, featuring music, theatrics and performance, words and comedy, DJs, food and more.

For music on the outdoor South View Stage, there's headliner The Flaming Lips, who will be joined by Ghostpoet, Mystery Jets, The Go! Team, Beth Orton, London African Gospel Choir presents Graceland, Beans on Toast, Xylaroo, and Dat Brass

There's more music with DJ sets from The 2 BearsNorman JayMike PickeringDon LettsHip Hop Karaoke, and Soho Radio.

On the Words and Comedy Stage there's comedy from John Cooper Clarke, Katherine Ryan, Mark Watson, and Andrew Maxwell, plus an 'arts, nature and culture clash' from Caught By The River, inspiring insights from LDN Talks, musical satire from Jonny & the Baptists, plus not-your-average poetry from Bang Said The Gun, and Mike Garry.

With performance and theatrics there's Oh My God! It's The Church,  along with Rift Theatre, Gorilla Circus, The Glory, Tin Shed Theatre, Molly Orange. There's also family entertainment with Science Museum activities, the Flying Seagull Project, Chicken Shed Theatre  and Albion Kids Show.

Simon Fell, Organiser, Kaleidoscope comments: “We’re delighted to bring a wealth of talent from across the creative sphere to Alexandra Park and Palace for Kaleidoscope. On offer will be a selection of world-class music, comedy, talk and debate, theatre and hidden happenings in exclusive spaces, all set against the beautiful London skyline at one of London’s favourite landmarks.”

Tickets are on sale, currently priced at £40 for adults, with children aged 5-13 costing £15, and under-5s free (but need ticket).
