Those people at Jack Daniels have decided that music in yer face puts their brand in your face, and so they're taking seven acts that can be described as emerging talent around four festivals this summer, under the name of Jack Rocks 7.

The bands are Bang Bang Romeo, Broken Witt Rebels, The Blinders, The Sundowners, The Wholls, Trampolene, and White Room.

All bands will be appearing at each of the festivals, spread out across the days - so they won't all be playing every day. Details of which days they'll play will probably be revealed but perhaps they won't. Who knows.

Jack Rocks 7 will be at The Hope & Ruin in Brighton for The Great Escape in May, at the Isle of Wight Festival in June, at TRNSMT Festival in Glasgow in July, and at Reading Festival in August.

Michael Boaler, Senior Brand Manager at Jack Daniel's, says: "We have always taken immense pride in supporting emerging talent and helping those who keep the UK music scene the thriving hotbed it is today, including venues and promoters. It's great to be returning to The Great Escape and the Isle of Wight Festival, and we're looking forward to being part of the first ever TRNSMT festival in a city that has always had a booming music culture, as well as our first appearance Reading Festival. We're really excited to be launching Jack Rocks 7 this year and help them on their road to success. It's going to be a great summer of music."
