Many more acts have been announced for Hungary's Sziget which takes place on an island in the Danube, Budapest, Hungary from Wednesday 9th to Wednesday 16th August 2017.

New for the main stage are P J Harvey, Alt-J, Rudimental, George Ezra, White Lies, Dubioza Kolektiv, while for the A38 Tent there's The Naked and Famous, Mando Diao, Anne-Marie, Andy C, Watsky, Nothing But Thieves, Leon, Bear's Den, Chef'Special, De Staat, Valentino Khan, The Strypes, Rone, Weval, and finally, for the Arena are Steve Aoki, and Nervo.

These join the previously confirmed acts which include Kasabian, Metronomy, Two Door Cinema Club, Jamie Cullum, Tom Odell, Major Lazer, Interpol, The Kills, Jagwar Ma, Bad Religion, and more. For the line-up details including stage splits as available please see the Sziget line-up page.

Sziget Festival, (pronounced see'-get) takes place on Óbudai-sziget ("Old-Buda Island"), an island in the Danube, Budapest, Hungary. Taking place in August, the festival started as a local event in 1993 playing host to various Hungarian artists and has grown into a large European festival, showcasing over a thousand international artists, as well as the music, there is; theatre, dance, classical music, cabaret, performances, films, fine art, crafts, literary presentations, programmes for kids, sports and other free time activities.

Sziget hosts hundreds of acts and programs across more than 50 venues that will be announced in the forthcoming months. Last year tickets sold out 2 months in advance.

An early bird 7 day pass is currently priced at 299 euros, and a 5 day pass is 275 euros.
