The Imagined Village, Bellowhead, and Seth Lakeman lead the acts announced for the inaugural Folk East a new folk festival for East Anglia, to be held over the August bank holiday weekend from Friday 24th to Sunday 26th August at Somerleyton Hall on the Suffolk, Norfolk borders.

Also confirmed are Doc Cox and The Trembling Wheelbarrows, The Travelling Band, The Shee, Baskery, Eliza Carthy Band, Jon Boden & The Remnant Kings, Breabach, Fay Hield & The Hurricane Party, Faustus, Rua MacMillan, Plainsong, The Leisure Society, Amy Wadge & Pete Riley, Lady Maisery, and Spiro.

The line-up will also feature Trembling Bells, Jackie Oates, Mike Heron, The Onion Band, Blackbeard's Tea Party, The Groanbox Boys, Hobo Jones & The Junkyard Dogs, Lau, Monster Ceilidh Band, and Telling the Bees, with more to be announced.

Tickets are now on sale, priced at £111 for an adult ticket with camping (£96 for a weekend without camping), or £38 for those aged 5-17, with under-5s FREE. Family Tickets are available for £240 (2x Adult + 2x children + camping). Day tickets are also available. To buy tickets, click click here.
