Joining the previously announced Julian Casablancas, Laura Marling, Bombay Bicycle Club, and The Middle East on the stage's line-up are Northern Irish Indie rockers Ash, Cathy Davey, We Are Scientists, Kele Okereke, Villagers, Yeasayer, The High Kings, Wallis Bird, and Frightened Rabbit.
Also appearing on The Hot Press Academy Stage this year are Mystery Jets, 3Oh!3, Shed Seven, Diana Vickers, O Emperor, Lissie, Joe Echo, Example, Hurts, Mayer Hawthorne, Chapel Club, and Daisy Dares You.
Oxegen returns to Punchestown Racecourse, Naas from Thursday 8th to Sunday 11th July 2010 The Ticket Deposit Scheme is available again this year, so 120 deposit will secure your ticket, with the remaining balance payable by 31st May 2010. Tickets are priced at 199.50 for a 3 day NO camping ticket or 224.50 with camping. For an extra 20 fans can purchase a 4 day ticket including camping which includes the Thursday also. A campervan ticket is priced at 60 (must be purchased with a 3 or 4 day camping ticket). Day tickets for Friday or Saturday will be priced at 99.50.
Campers can get a free onsite parking ticket with every four camping tickets purchased. Attendees must have an Oxegen parking ticket and Oxegen camping tickets in order to park at the Oxegen site.
