The final few thousand tickets to this year's Glastonbury Festival were all sold yesterday.

The last remaining tickets went back on sale at 9am and sold out in a couple of hours.

If ticket holders are unable to attend the Festival, they can get a refund before midnight Friday 8th May. Those wanting a refund must contact Seetickets at [email protected], or telephone 0844 412 4626. Any attempt to sell on tickets, will result in them being cancelled.

Those who have already bought Festival tickets, and need to buy a car park ticket or a campervan ticket should contact Seetickets, either by emailing [email protected] or by telephoning 0844 412 4626.

Tipis, that can each accommodate up to 6 adults, are available to book for hire. The price to hire a tipi from Wednesday 24th – Monday 29th June inclusive is £800. Tipis come complete with groundsheet and raincatcher, along with free use of the solar showers and discounted use of the yurt sauna. The only acts officially confirmed so far to play at the festival are Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band as Saturday night headliner, with Blur and Neil Young as the other headliners, plus Doves, White Lies, Echo and the Bunnymen, Fleet Foxes, Emiliana Torrini, Florence & The Machine, Lily Allen, The Ting Tings, and Franz Ferdinand.

Glastonbury Festival is held for five full days from Wednesday 24th until Sunday 28th June 2009 at Worthy Farm, Pilton, Somerset.
