eFestivals has had many little chats with Glastonbury Festival organiser Michael Eavis over the last week, but he's not been giving much away.

One bit of new news that slipped out of his mouth following today's successful licence decision is that Shirley Bassey is definitely going to be playing the festival this year. Although Michael didn't say on which day or stage, we guess that she'll be on the Pyramid Stage on the Sunday.

Don't forget that the 135,000 weekend Glastonbury Festival tickets go on sale at 9am this coming Sunday. Tickets will only be available to those people who registered.

Glastonbury Festival will take place at Worthy Farm, Pilton, Somerset from Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th June (with the gates opening on the Wednesday).
