One of the bands set to appear at this year's Glastonbury Festival has a 13-year old as one of it's members.
Tiny Tin Lady
Liverpool indie/folk band Tiny Tin Lady, which consists of keyboardist Tom McGrath (30), bass player Helen Holmes (18), songwriter, singer and guitarist Danni Gibbons (18), and her younger sister Beth (13) - who also sings and plays guitar - are due to be one of the early acts in the Acoustic Tent on the Friday.

They're already veterans of the festival circuit, having played at Fairport Convention's Cropredy Festival last year. This summer will see the band play at Middlewich Folk Festival, Trowbridge Festival, and others as well as Glastonbury.

Beth told eFestivals "It's brilliant, it's really great, I'd always wanted to go to Glasto just as a ticket buyer, but to go and play will be beyond my wildest dreams."

Danni said "This is fantastic, the greatest news ever, I thought nothing could top Cropredy but this is just amazing."

We did wonder if this was the youngest person to ever appear on a Glastonbury stage ... but of course Michael Eavis' daughter Emily performed on the Pyramid Stage with her recorder at a very young age.

Glastonbury Festival takes place from 24-26th June. Tickets are not yet on sale, and anyone claiming to sell them already cannot supply a valid ticket: don't waste your money.
