    Cheers chaps, I dont feel such a nasty pastie when I get annoyed with him

    He's just text me to say he's got a roof box and rack for the car for £140 so I suppose he's kind of made up for it a bit

    One of our group has just text me to ask if were still traveling down on the Weds and coming home on the Sunday as he needs to book his holidays and he has a course on the Monday after Glasto. I’ve told him umpteen times that we go down on the Tuesday and come back Monday.

    I’m pretty livid as this person couldn’t organise a p1ss up in a brewery. I’ve had to organise his ticket, his hotel for the Tuesday night before, he got banned from driving at the end of last year so has fkd up the plans we had for 2 cars as there aren’t enough people to drive. He’s been told a million times what the plan is about getting down and told to get his holidays in and still hasn’t got his finger out and sorted himself out. He doesn’t have a tent, wellies or anything else. He’s a pain in the rear when drunk and has to be constantly looked after

    He did have a very traumatic experience 2 years ago (his girlfriend died) and this has effected him really badly and I always feel bad when I feel myself getting annoyed with him but I don’t want to have to feel like I’m looking after him all the time. Glastonbury is time for my enjoyment not to look babysit someone for 6 days.

    Am I being unreasonable??

    Were thinking upper part of Pennards, one of our camp has friends in the Tipis and we'd like to be close to the night entertainment

    Although judging by the state of me today after a few pints watching a band last night I'm going to have to camp in an underground bunker away from everyone so I can get some shut eye and recharge :wacko:

    This might be stating the bleeding obvious and all ready posted (too many pages to go through them all :P ) , but its just as cheap to buy a couple of spare phone batteries.... i just got two on amazon for a tenner. Three batteries should last the whole fest easy.... :rolleyes:

    I was on in 2005, I was asleep under the tree at the Pyramid stage and the camera was going around the crowd. Whatever BBC presenter it was talking said something like "and some people just come to relax". I went with the "relaxing" line to my parents, truth was I was absolutely c**ted and couldn't walk anymore.

    I phoned up See to get a tracker number for my tickets that were dispatched yesterday (there wasnt one on the email), guy on the line said DX dont issue tracker numbers so I thought I'd try my luck with DX and gave them a bell.

    After being pushed around from pillar to post I finally got to speak to someone who told me that they were holding my tickets but they wernt scheduled to be sent out until the 14th June (WTF!!), the woman then offered to have them sent out to me tomorrow - result!

    So tommorrow I will be one very nervous girl waiting between the hours of 9 and 5 for a phone call from out reception to let me know there's a package for me to sign for - Meeeepppp!!!
